Vo Thuy Lu Tam completed her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy at University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh city in 2009. Later, she pursued and obtained a Master’s degree and a PhD in Pharmacy from Seoul National University in 2014 and 2017, respectively. Since 2017, She has been working as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Medicine at Keimyung University. In addition to her research contributions, she serve as a reviewer for journals in the field such as The Korean journal of Physiology and Pharmacology, and Cell Communication and Signaling, Archives of Pharmacal Resesearch. She has nearly 20 publications in prestigious journals such as Nature Communication, Experimental and Molecular Medicine, Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences. Currently, she focus on studying the functions of post-translational modifications, particularly lysine acetylation, and histone modifications in cancer progression.

Nhu-Ngoc Dao is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sejong University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2016 and 2019, respectively. He received the B.S. degree in electronics and telecommunications from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Hanoi, Viet Nam, in 2009. Prior to joining the Sejong University, he was a visiting researcher at the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia, in 2019 and a postdoc researcher at the Institute of Computer Science, University of Bern, Switzerland, from 2019 to 2020. He currently serves as an Editor of the Scientific Reports. His research interests include network softwarization, mobile cloudization, intelligent systems, and the Intelligence of Things towards B5G/6G. Dr. Dao is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Professional Member of ACM.

Nguyen Thi Ha graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language from the University of Language and International Studies (ULIS) in 2013 and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Economics and Business, Hanoi National University (VNU) in 2014. She then studied for a Master’s program in International PR and Public Diplomacy at Sookmyung Women’s University (Seoul, ROK). After graduating with a Master’s degree, she continued to study and received a PhD in East Asia Regional Studies at Sookmyung Women’s University (Seoul, ROK). Before becoming an Assistant Professor at Chungye University, she was a Research Fellow at the Inha Center for International Studies (Inha CIS), Inha University.

Nguyen Van Nghia was born in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. He received his BS degree in Chemistry from Vietnam National University–Hanoi University of Science in 2011 and his PhD degree in Chemistry in 2017 from the University of Ulsan, Korea. After completing postdoctoral research at the University of Ulsan, he joined the Department of Chemistry and Nanoscience at Ewha Womans University in 2018, where he currently serves as a research professor.
He is currently the principal investigator (PI) of a project funded by the National Research Foundation (NRF) of Korea. He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles (with more than 1800 citations, an h-index of 19, highlighted publications in Chem Soc Rev, Chemical Reviews, Accounts of Chemical Research, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie), 2 US patents, and 6 Korean patents. His current research interests focus on the design and development of fluorescent chemical sensors, theranostic/therapeutic agents, and advanced luminescent materials.

Thi Quynh Hoa Nguyen is currently a Research Associate Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, the Jeonbuk National University (JBNU), Jeonju, Korea. Before joining JBNU in 2022, he was an associate professor of School of Engineering and Technology, Vinh University, Vietnam. She received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electronics engineering and material science from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam in 2003 and 2005, respectively, and the Dr. Eng. degree in material engineering, Chungnam National University, Daejeon, Korea in 2009. She serves as the organizing committee of IWAMSN and SPMS conferences and the editorial board member of Scientific Report. Her current research interests include the design and applications of materials and metamaterials into electronic, energy, and RF/microwave devices.

Pham Hong Phuong is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Korean Vietnamese Interpreting & Translation, Graduate School of Language Education, Seoul, Korea. From 2017 to 2020, she worked at the Department of Korean Language, Honam University, Gwangju, Korea. From 2011 to 2015, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Korean Language and Culture, VNU University of Languages and International Studies (VNU-ULIS). 

She received a Bachelor’s degree from two universities, Hanoi National University of Education (Viet Nam) and Busan University of Foreign Studies (Korea) in 2009, and a Master’s degree in International Trade from Pusan National University (Korea) in 2011. She was awarded the SPF scholarship in 2015. In 2022, she received her PhD in Korean Language Education at Seoul National University, Korea.

She is the translator of the Chung Ju-Yung’s (the late chairman of Hyundai Group) autobiography, whose Vietnamese title is ‘Không bao giờ là thất bại! Tất cả là thử thách’ (English title ‘ Born of this land : My Life Story’)

Session 7: Aerospace Engineering

Tuan Anh NGUYEN (Ph.D.’15, M.Sc.’10, B.Eng.’08) is now an Academic Research Professor of the Konkuk Aerospace Design-Airworthiness Institute (KADA), Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea with specialization on Dependable, Autonomous and Intelligent Systems (DAIS). His Ph.D. in 2015 was with Korea Aerospace University. He received his M.Sc. and B.Eng. from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Hanoi, Vietnam in 2010 and 2008, respectively. He is now a professional member of AIAA, IEEE, IEEE Computer Society. He currently holds the technical project manager of a ten-year project “Artificial Intelligence Digital Twin Research for Smart Urban Air Mobility (UAM)” (2020-2029) at KADA funded by National Research Foundation of Korea. He published 55 articles including ISI journals, conferences, and book chapters on various domains. His current research fields of interest include (i) Dynamics and Control Theory and Systems, (ii) AI based Digital Twin Systems and Methods, (iii) Dependable, Autonomous and Intelligent Systems.
