The ACVYS 2024 welcomes the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
To submit an abstract, please refer to the author’s guidelines. The author is recommended to use the template below for abstract preparation.
Submission Guideline
The abstract submission includes:
- Abstract and keywords: The abstract has at least 250 words. The maximum length of the abstract is 01 page. The figures, tables, and references must not be included in the abstract.
- Abstract language should be written in English.
- If your abstract was copied from your publication, please modify it to avoid plagiarism and update your new abstract.
- The abstract must be formatted as the template: Download Template
After the submission deadline, the abstract will not ย be allowed to change the Title, the Content, and the Author(s) name.

Oral Presentation
You will present in person at the conference venue for about 20 minutes.
Poster Presentation
During the collective poster session, you will stand next to your poster and share the important points of your paper.
Benefits for Authors
- Authors who live in remote areas (Central and Southern) and have the presentations at the conference will be supported with transportation fees (i.e. bus, subway excluding KTX).
- Authors will be covered with all the attendance fees (participating fee, lunch, coffee, cake).
