For the Best oral presentation

– The presenters for oral presentations are asked to bring PowerPoint (or PDF) slides and present their research in a podium format.

– Download slide format: (updating)

– ACVYS2024 will prepare a laptop for the presentation, and speakers are encouraged to use the symposium laptop for their presentations to avoid wasting time switching between personal laptops.

– To avoid software compatibility problems (MS PowerPoint), speakers are advised to save their PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory stick and bring a backup version of their presentation.

– Files should be uploaded to the local laptop in the session room before the beginning time.

– Speakers are advised to be in the session room 30 minutes prior to the start of their sessions to report to the session chair.

– Proctors will also be available in case you need technical assistance.

2. Poster presentation

– The presenters of poster presentations are asked to prepare a poster and display it throughout the symposium on a designated panel provided by the symposium.

– Location: At the lobby of (updating).

– Each paper’s code will be shown on the board.

– Scotch tape will be provided for your use.

– Use of double-sided tape is prohibited.

– All presenters are required to preside at their poster panel During the session anticipated discussion with participants is encouraged.

– Each poster including the paper title, authors, and affiliation must fit within a 0.9m x 1.5m space (A0 size recommended). 

– The posters that have been displayed at other conferences are accepted for display at ACVYS 2024. However, presenters please cover the logo of the previous Conference if any.
