Short Bio: Dr. Dinh-Lam Pham is a Research Professor at the Contents Convergence Software Research Institute and a research member of the Data and Process Engineering Research Laboratory at Kyonggi University in South Korea. In addition, he serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Vietnam Innovation Network in Korea. His research includes process mining, computer vision, deep learning, and AI-based systems. Dr. Pham has authored many papers in international conferences and SCIE journals and co-author of five registered patents in Korea related to leveraging AI technologies for criminal prevention using CCTV cameras.ย

Short Bio: Dr. Luong completed his PhD in Materials Science at Seoul National University of Science and Technology in 2015, finishing the program in an accelerated 2.5 years. Then he worked at the Korea Institute of Materials Science and the Korea Institute of Machinery & Materials, where my research achievements (many SCI paper publications) led to his naturalization as a Korean citizen in 2018. Since 2020, he has been a research professor at Korea University. His current work includes studying hot-dip galvanizing and aluminizing processes for steels in a project funded by POSCO. He also lead a research project on localized corrosion in stainless steel, part of a Korea-China collaboration funded by the NRF.

Short Bio: Kieu The Loan Trinh is a Research Professor at the Bionano Applications Research Center in Gachon University. Kieu The Loan Trinh received her BS degree from the Biotechnology Research and Development Institute in Cantho University in Vietnam in 2010, and ME (2012) and PhD (2015) in the Department of BioNano Technology in Gachon University in Korea. In 2018, she got a Golden Globe Award 2018 in the field of Biotechnology – TOP 10 Outstanding Young Scientists (Vietnam). She has published 3 patents and many journal papers in various fields of microfluidic and lab-on-a-chip application, which cover genetic analyses, system integration, biosensors, microdevice fabrication, bio-materials.

Short Bio: Dr. Kim Tien Nguyen received his B.S. degree (2012) in Mechanical Engineering from the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and Education, Vietnam, M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chonnam National University, South Korea. His research interests including Micro-bio-actuator/Microrobot, Micro manipulation of bio-medical devices/applications. He is the first author and co-author of many articles and has 7 registered patents, including 2 US patents and 5 Korean patents. He received several awards during this career, including best paper of the year (Micromachines, 2022), best presentation (ICCAR 2017), best paper ( SMEYS 2012), and multiple commendation for his excellent contribution to KIMIRo (2024,2023,2021), MRC (2017). He is an active researcher with multiple scientific roles and activities, including Guest editor of Pharmaceuticals (2022, IF 5.215, ISSN 1424-8247), Micromachines (2022, IF 3.523, ISSN 2072-666X), section chair (ASCC 2022), invited talk (International Symposium on Tri-Co Robotics, China,2022; VLU, Vietnam, 2024) and technical reviewers for many journals (Advanced Science, Sensors and Actuator B, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Robotics and Automation Letters, Scientific Reports., etc.).

Short Bio: Dr. Luyen graduated with a doctorate in Korean education from Yonsei University in 2015. She has translated 3 financial books on how ordinary people can manage their finances well and live comfortably. She graduated from specialized courses in coaching to help unlock people’s inner potential. In 2021, Dr. Luyen built Puzamin, a community of people who aim for physical, mental and financial wealth. Currently, she am working with the community to build the Vietnamese Village project in Bonghwa, Gyongbuk-do.ย

Short Bio: Dr. Xuan Truong Nguyen received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam; M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow from BK21+ of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and the Inter-University Semiconductor Research Center (ISRC) of Seoul National University. He is currently a research assistant professor at the Department of Next-generation Semiconductor Convergence and Open Sharing Systems (COSS). His research interests include developing and optimizing hardware-software co-design algorithms and reconfigurable, power-efficient, high-performance computing systems for computer vision and multimedia applications.
